If there is an issue with your order please fill out the form below to request a Return Authorization Form within 7 days of delivery date. Authorized returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery date with approved form enclosed (issued once our team reviews your request form below). We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not approved.

Returns are processed as store credit only in the form of an e-gift card minus the original shipping cost for unworn, undamaged, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached.
 

• Customer is responsible for return label.

• Orders returned for “Insufficient Address”, “Undeliverable Address”, “Unknown Addressee” etc. will be processed as store credit minus the original shipping cost.

• Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an automated email with the funds on an e-gift card. Please allow 3-5 business days to process returns. If you do not see an email with the funds, please check your spam folder.

Note: Accessories are final sale. Clearance items are final sale. Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards are final sale. Any alterations on merchandise make items final sale.
